"GB18485-2014" has adjusted new contents, such as the update of the scope of application, the adjustment of pollutant emission control requirements, and the improvement of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen chloride, heavy metals and other pollutants in the flue gas emitted by
domestic waste incinerators. Compounds, dioxins and other pollutants emission control requirements.
So what are the specific requirements of this emission standard? Check it out with
Holy Shield.
1.Use the appropriate furnace and grate structure to make the garbage fully burn in the incinerator. Among them, one of the indicators to measure whether the garbage is fully burned is the concentration of CO in the flue gas. The lower the CO concentration, the more complete the combustion. The ideal CO concentration index is less than 60mg/m³.
2.Control the flue gas outlet temperature in the incinerator to not be lower than 850℃, the residence time of the flue gas in the furnace and the secondary combustion chamber is not less than 2s, the concentration of
O? is not less than 6%, and reasonably control the air volume and temperature of the combustion air and injection location.
3.Since NOx is more likely to be generated under high temperature and fully oxidized conditions, which contradicts the control conditions for reducing dioxins, generally in the actual operation of combustion, it is ensured that the production of NOx should be taken into account on the basis of the full combustion of the combustible components of the garbage.
Holy Shield has been focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of
domestic waste incinerators(learn more) for more than 10 years, and the waste incineration technology has been updated and iterated many times. After 7 generations from the original low-temperature direct-fired furnace, it has been upgraded to a high-temperature pyrolysis gasifier. The flue gas emission of our high temperature pyrolysis gasifier can meet the national emission standard, and the dioxin emission content is far lower than the national emission standard.
