The foul-smelling gas is released in the garbage storage pit, and its main components are hydrogen chloride (H2S), ammonia (NH3), etc. In order to better reduce the odor caused by waste incineration plants, the following countermeasures can be adopted:

(1) The garbage itself has peculiar smell. Therefore, in the distribution, it is recommended to use a transport vehicle with airtightness and a fully automatic loading and unloading structure to transport the garbage, so as to avoid the outflow of peculiar smell as much as possible;
(2) After the garbage transport vehicle enters the production workshop, the garbage dumping door is changed to an electric lift type, which is operated by full-time personnel. The transport vehicle is turned off immediately after dumping, so that the garbage pit is sealed.
(3) Air curtains are set in the general passage of the garbage dumping service hall to avoid odors from escaping.
(4) The garbage pit is closed, and the suction and outlet of the centrifugal fan is set on the top of the garbage pit, so that the garbage pit and the dumping service hall are under negative pressure, which can not only reasonably control the escape of odor, but also reduce the odor. The odorous gas is connected to the domestic waste incinerator as a combustion gas, and the odorous gas is dissolved in the incinerator at high temperature, and the smell is eliminated.
(5) In order to prevent the odor from escaping, the industrial plant of the garbage pit is a closed industrial plant. Plant a certain number of tall trees around the industrial area to reduce damage.
(6) In order to avoid the environmental pollution of the surrounding environment caused by the odor of the garbage pit during the maintenance period of the boiler blowing pipe in the plant area, the odor in the pit is cleaned by the activated carbon waste gas treatment device and then discharged to the outdoors. Check the odor concentration value at the inlet and outlet of the fume purifier on time. When the concentration value of the odor inlet and outlet reaches the national standard control limit value, immediately replace the activated carbon in the fume purifier, and the activated carbon of the waste will be mixed with household garbage into the High temperature waste incineration is carried out in the waste incinerator.
