Select coatings with high temperature resistance, so that the characteristics and cost meet the spraying requirements.
Construction technology of waste incinerator：
1. Pre-solution: The surface of the plate must be sandblasted to achieve Sa2.5 level.
2. Scrub the surface of the product workpiece with paint thinner.
3. Dilution viscosity: adjust the viscosity of the paint with a special paint thinner. The paint thinner is a special paint thinner. The consumption is about airless painting - about 5% (by paint weight) gas painting - about 15 - 20 percent (paint by weight) paint - about 10-15 percent (paint by weight).
4. Construction method: airless coating, gas coating or painting. Note: The temperature of the sheet must exceed the leak point by 3°C during construction, but must not exceed 60°C.
