Medical waste is classified as high-risk hazardous solid waste, and incineration is currently the mainstream treatment method in the industry. However, traditional incineration equipment easily generates highly toxic persistent organic pollutants such as dioxins and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) during operation, which not only pollute the environment but also pose serious safety hazards. Effectively controlling the generation of such hazardous substances and reducing their toxicity has become a core challenge for the compliant disposal of medical waste, which is reflected in reducing waste volume, harmless treatment, and resource utilization.

In this project, a Guangzhou-based foreign trade company was commissioned by a local hospital in Africa to procure specialized medical waste incineration equipment. Previously, the hospital relied on external transportation for medical waste disposal, a multi-stage process that significantly increased the risk of secondary cross-contamination of pathogens and posed substantial health hazards. To achieve on-site harmless disposal and daily cleanup of medical waste, the hospital set specific requirements: the equipment must have a daily processing capacity of 30 kg, the incineration process must not produce smoke or odors, and it must meet environmental protection and epidemic prevention standards.

After multiple rounds of technical research, equipment comparison, and comprehensive evaluation, the purchaser ultimately selected the medical waste incinerator manufactured by Honglishengde. This equipment employs mature high-temperature pyrolysis gasification technology, maintaining an internal temperature above 1200℃. This ultra-high temperature effectively kills various pathogenic bacteria and viruses in medical waste , cutting off disease transmission routes at the source. Simultaneously, the optimized process completely eliminates the smoke and odor produced by traditional incineration, resulting in clean emissions that are fully adapted to the local operating environment.

Based on its outstanding technical strength, excellent environmental performance, and comprehensive services, both parties formally confirmed the cooperation, and the equipment procurement was successfully completed.
